metcalfMemberwe just got back from this property. Met with patrick, one of the developers. I liked what i saw. The property is 20 to 25 minutes to downtown Manuel Antonio. They have the roads in and are now doing the infrastructure. The roads are rough, but all the gravel, etc. has not been put down yet. The views are different, depending on where your particular lot is. But for the most part the views are pretty nice. We are continuing forward with our purchase. if you would like to talk to me feel free to e mail me at rcmetlagun@aol.com, U will give you my number.
metcalfMemberthank you< i have set up a tour with him on the 20th of may. had to pay over western union, ill let you know how it goes.
metcalfMemberwe also bought from the same company. We are going down next week, the 18th to meet with them and see the property. I was down there in march, but didn” t see the lots. I will post on this discussion forum when we return. i am optimistic, yet cautious.
metcalfMemberdo you have contact info for jonathan sedo??
metcalfMemberI have been talking to them, and have put a deposit down on an ocean view lot. we are going down in May, 18th to check them out. They so far in all our dealingshave seem very professional and above board. i have not heard anything negative. has anyone else. The only thing i heard today from someone in jaco is that parrita because it is flat gets mosquitos. But these lots in phase 2 are 600 feet up, and supposedly have rain forest in back of the property and the Damas perserve in the front. Anyway we are excited to go down and check it out. We have been told there are no more ocean view lots only mountain view. Does anyone out there know the Parrita area that we are talking about? We were down in that area in March but can’t remember parrita.
