    Bonjour

Could you please contact me using my e-mail address above. Could you give me the name of the architects and builders and the way I can contact them. Are you a Tico or an expat? Estare en CR entre febrero y mayo, seria un placer para mi de encontrar a usted.

Gracias para su repuesta y hasta pronto

Thanks for your reply Costarifinca. Can you provide us with names of a good architect, constructor, road contractor near La Suiza. How did you find the building experience?

I would like to know more about the people living at La Suiza. The story of this village, how is this tico’s community? Comments of people who has or are living there.

    Thank you

We are in the process of doing the research on the property. The realtor will be giving us the property plans tomorrow. We will then research the National Registry to make sure everything is clear and after that we will meet with a notary/lawyer. Do you think it’s a good way to go about it?

We received an answer from HSBC and they say that we cannot transfert more than $10,000 a day! Do you know of anything different?

If you are interested, we could post all of the steps we are taking in this process so others can learn as well.

    Thanks

How often do you live in the clouds? and for how long that happened?
Is there a special time during days that fog appear?
In Which area do you live?

    Surprising me
Here in Québec Canada you’ll get a very big brand new house for that amount. A big house with 100ha land in the country. I’ve read in a newspaper (can’t remember wich one) that Québecors are paying the most income taxes and taxes generaly in America. Me and my wife together are paying more than 50% in income and general taxes from our revenu.
I’ve seen in your book that you’re talking on this website about Canadians and the taxing relationship with advantages in Costa Rica. Where it is?

Thanks M.Scott for your envolvment and your patience to understand us.

$800 electricity for a month!! There shoud be an error. $25 000 taxes. Well that means that the propertie is probably valuing easily more than 12 millions of dollars.

Those people are in another league and would it be a pleasure for me to learn from them. I did not have the opportunity to meet that kind of people in my life.

    Thanks to you responding
