That’s pretty vague. Morris seems to be working in Quepos and around Cortes, so obviously some people trust him. Can you tell me anything more?
I’ve dealt with Gary Morris in the past and he didn’t make a second payment agreed on for services I provided, which I spend a lot of time on. It wasn’t very big and I can easaly write it off, but it’s the principal of the thing. I don’t like people welshing on an agreement. Do you have any more ammo on the guy that can be used to pressure him into giving me the money he owes? No idea who Provost is – guys like that come and go.
