My statement was not directed to LATINOS Only to the people that enjoy steeling, I was in France and had my rental broken into in Paris, I am glad i bought the extra insurance.
That is all i am saying . I LOVE Costa Ricans the most friendly people on this planet. 😀

The norm for the Earth Blocks is A 1Sack mix(1Cubic Yard of
soil and 1 sack of cement) Pending on the Clay/Sand soil you are using, If the clay is a 80 % and A 20 % sand you can cut back on the cement. I would Not build with those blocks, The inside and the out side Prep for the finish and running Electric and plumbing is a pain, Unless you build a Metal stud wall with Sheetrock on the inside, You still have to attach a metal lath on the out side to cover with stucco.
Using there Concrete blocks, They are Faster and Stronger
to install, P/S I still have no answer on the Cell Pone Rental

Great concept, Using the on side materials is a big savings
To build the blocks correct and have a safe home is not that simple, The machine cost , the mixing, are a very important items,
This concept has been used for about 5000 years, The machine for about 60 years, Ram Earth is another style of Building

That’s kind off what i thought, Most people have NO clue
what the Costa Rica rule is to every thing, Kind off like in the USA. So bringing in a vehicle is a LARGE ?? Until you have to brake out the Cash, NO List of how they compute each vehicle !! VALUE, If i cover it with mud it might be less.
    Thanks all for the info
