Hola,
So for my ‘trip report’ of Costa Developer’s, and Costa Montana, and Esterillos….WE LOVED IT !!! We did buy the lot in Esterillos, and are considering a 2nd one as well. I wasn’t fond of Montana..a little too steep for me personally..however, it was clean…( aside form a few holes in certain areas of the road where obviously they were fixing something). The houses we viewed there were absolutely gorgeous. Everyone is very friendly ( I know they are there to sell something, so no one is going to be rude), but there was no pressure ever for us to buy or not to buy, right from the start. It was a pleasure meeting Harry. He was a hoot. We had a great day with him. Loved his personality, loved his stories, his wisdom. Esterillos is beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for. There are some pretty good hills, but not steep like Montana. The roads are almost all finished except for some small bridging that needs to be put in, and a few parts of the road to be finished off with the brick paving. We just knew this was it. Absolutely satisified with the company, how they handled us, our questions, everything. I honestly cannot say anything negative. Hope this helps anyone with questions..to do or not to do.

I tried to reply to this yesterday, but doesn’t look like it went through???? Anyways are you getting picked up at the ungodly hour of 0600 on Monday as well?? haha Maybe we will run into each other. I am a shorty w blonde hair blue eyes, and hubby is taller ( he looks costa rican, but isn’t…) dark hair, dark eyes……

Hi crhomebuilder….sounds beautiful, and I cannot wait to get there and check it out. We will be touring properties with Harry on MOnday the 6th…and very excited to see some of the homes being built, and meet with all the team members of Costa Developments. So far, everyone has been super nice and keeping in contact with us. No complaints whatsoever about them. They have been courteous, no pressure, and accomodating. Our immediate plans are to not build on it just yet. Within a couple of years probably. We plan on renting it out and vacationing there ( of course). Thanks for your feedback Very nice to hear. 🙂

I too, am new as well to this site AND buying land in CR. I am also going to view the properties on 10/4/08 ( well on Monday the 6th will be doing the tour). I have found it hard finding information on them ( is that good or bad??). I will report my information after I get back. Hopefully that will help out.
