Thanks Victoria.
pebo1MemberAlthough we moved here from Asia our receiver here was Mundiales a very large professional company. They helped with their own customs broker and devalued our household items fairly. I didn’t like paying duty on used items and even freight charges but that’s CR and the price of moving here.
I heard excellent recommendations about Charles Zeller as he is very experienced and provides that personal assistance, would use him next.
pebo1MemberI agree, don’t have a problem with these guys outside, but don’t like them inside so was curious if there was something one could spread near doors etc to deter them from coming in.
There are certainly some giant locusts around now also. Never see too many cockroaches.
pebo1MemberWell not sure I’d want to order some army ants, what are the normal chemicals and how effective is the DE stuff and how is it applied?
Thanks for feedback.
pebo1MemberWhere is Dr Mario located please?
pebo1MemberThanks for feedback, driving on a day trip from Orotina area.
pebo1MemberOK thank you, I checked my quoted rate. I’ll wait and see if it changes later in the month when I do pay it.
pebo1Member
you have to fill out some form and apply for the refund. i’m going to wait until the 11th hour so they get this mess straightened out.
OK thanks David for that info, what about Maravilla’s comment regarding the amount to pay possibly being miscalculated? Should one wait then?
pebo1MemberWhen is the marchamo due?
pebo1MemberOur immigration lawyer just filed our docs also and explained we do not have to leave CR when our 90 days expire as we are in the process train.
Some conflicting views for sure again.
pebo1MemberWe been told recently that the new law requires you to apply after 90 days and with your immigration registration completed.
We were also told previously you need to apply for DR before your 90 days expire from entry to CR.
Sounds like a Catch22!
pebo1MemberThank you David for that good feedback. We’ll check out Whirlpool washers and yes will be looking at higher end that will last.
Cheers—–Peter
pebo1MemberOK I see now, looks like there is one in Escazu.
pebo1MemberSorry what is EPA?
pebo1MemberOK thanks for that advice about alternate methods of water heating.
It appears though if one wants to stay with on demand then the German built variations are better.
