So you must think he didn’t know he was committing an evil act. Drugs hid this from his mind and that is why he brought chains to lock doors and he had serial numbers rubbed off the guns.

He was EVIL. On drugs or not. Move to Costa Rica as soon as you can. America will have one less person like you who blames everything but the problem. In this case the problem was an evil maniac who murdered 31 innocent people.

Your words, “Money, controlled by the Zionists are the root of evil in the entire world.” That mi amigo, is the statement of an anti-Semite. Your mind is so open I think your brains fell out and belief in lies have filled the vacuum. That is o.k. though, because there is a remedy and that is truth, God’s Word. Open your heart to Jesus and God’s word and you will not fear all these things your so worried about. Don’t fear the future, fear God.

    Seriously, with Love.

The irony of the Left is hysterical. Comparing Bush to Hitler? You say it is money controlled by Zionists is the root of evil. Are you an anti-Semite? Bush supports Israel so how can he be compared to Hitler? By the way, our Republic voted, we decided to fight. Get out of the way, move to Costa Rica if you want to. America is fighting the biggest Evil since Hitler.

Wow! This stuff is so deep. Bushco? What do you mean by that? Please give us more! MORE! and I love your free plugs on this forum. I’m sure Scott’s idea of a forum about Costa Rica living was created just so you could sell your stuff.

Sounds like he was a great salesman. Especially if you purchased a lot, I’d say he did his job well.

Costa Developers does have a great website, that is what got me interested in the property in the first place. They did lack one thing though, and that is who the principles are of the company and what they have done in the past. Ellis Kahn is connected with this company, and I believe it is the same Ellis Kahn who is in the articles posted on this forum 6 months back. I love the phonetic sound of his last name.

dkt2u: Regarding your last sentence about getting as much good information as you can… one fact that I learned on this forum is that Ellis Kahn is affiliated with Costa Developers. He has a very dubious past dealing with other peoples money and no experience in developing. That was all I needed to know to get out. I was glad they honored the return of deposit agreement, if you did not like the property after you inspected it. I would like to personally thank you Scott for this forum and the information that I learned here.

15 million is a lot, but considering that is about 1/3 of what they will get over the next two years I would say 50 million is incredible. Why no activity? I think they made their money without doing anything.

Esterillos sold out 300 lots with an average initial investment of $50,000. $15,000,000 is a very expensive gate, is it not?

yes, I’m saying I sent them money before I saw the property. Luckily I learned my lesson without paying for it. I’m letting Vernon know though that I did get my money back with no problem. But I do think as soon as you say yes to the contract, you will not own anything until they fulfill their obligations, because there aren’t any titles to the individual lots they are selling. That’s how I understand it.

I did not have a good experience with Costa Developers. My sales rep told me there would be 300 people working on the property when I would inspect it. There was 3 dudes sleeping in the shade when we got there. I went onto the property a couple of times. No body was working. That was a big red flag for me. I got out. The Gibson lawyers were really good getting my money back to me. It took a couple of days.

I don’t see the need to tie up your money with them. If you want to see the property go down there and look at it. If you like it call them up and tell them you want a lot. Meanwhile you can go around the same area and look at all the property that is available down there without listening to their hard close.

Turns out I am the only one who has turned them down after inspecting the property. And they couldn’t believe that I would be giving up all the equity I had already earned.

When I asked to get my deposit back, the sales rep said, “don’t worry I don’t think they’ll stiff ya.”
