I’m sorry Scott, I didn’t make my self clear on the point of residency. I will be applying for my residency as soon as I arrive and get settled. As soon as all my business is completed here, it is Costa Rica here I come. I have been coming to Costa Rica since 1986, boy have I seen changes. Do you know what area of the government I should check? Thanks!
