Scott, you are right – the article is pretty descriptive and gives quite a few details. I should have formulated my question differently, asking for opinions of those, who are more familiar with the situation in Costa Rica. This question would be: is there any chance that the way Caja works, will change more or less significantly? The only thing I can think of is that monthly payments could be increased, as waggoner41 (thank you for the input) pointed out. Are there any other options on the table? Thank you in advance.
