We are going Aug. 15 for ten days and would like to know a little more about this B&B. Could you give us their website?
sentaMemberI for one have no problem with Scott’s credibility (not credability) I also do not understand why are you so obsessed to argue your case in this forum when it’s been proven over and over again that those methods of luring clients to purchase properties in your “Land Developments” are not exactly “kosher”. What I read about your background in other forums besides this one is everything else but certain, you are not wearing a clean jacket! Even, if I would have the money, I would not make a down payment on a plot without seeing it first and also checking all appropriate documents and a complete background check of the company that I would be dealing with. After all, who would walk into a store and pay first without seeing the merchandise? Do I see a slight paranoid behaviour in all your persistent e-mails?
sentaMemberThis William Gale is beginning to annoy me as a man of no substance! Scott, I wish he would take a long walk on his imaginary short marina pier.
sentaMemberTo Rita: My husband will his “facial” done Aug. 18. You may call Dr. Macaya on his cell: 011-506-384-3467 perhaps he can schedule you before Sept. 1. I believe Jenny mentioned the same clinic because this Dr. has his clinic just around the corner from Nino Hospital
sentaMemberOne more reason to move to higher grounds or to CR.
Please go to Google, type in Daily Kos, scroll halfway down on monitor to: Science Friday: “Slippery when wet” posted June 30-2006
Its about global ice melting!sentaMemberWe are glad we paid off our mortgage now instead still paying when ocean water is at our door saddle. So, we can sell now with less paperwork involved. But than again it’s nice to have Oceanfront property …..We are currently 12 miles inland and 7 ft above sea level and at the speed ice in Greenland and other places is melting we have to get the hell out of here.
sentaMemberTry Dr. Macaya Bolanos in SJ Office: 506-258-0396
Office: 506-233-5490
E-mail: drmacaya@msn.com
We were in his office in March for consultation and based on his experience, his clinic, references and training in the US my husband has now a facial operation scheduled with him in August. (He is older than me) A 14 day stay is recommended. We obtained 3 estimates in West Palm Beach which were more than twice as much. Considering flight, room and board etc, we will still have enough leftover to make another trip to CR.sentaMemberI agree with David: America has an amazing way with words describing a crime or other things, for example a missile which can bring death and destruction and it is called a “Peacemaker” I rest my case.
sentaMemberI believe strongly that ticos only work partially also with US inches and feet 1) most materials and tools come from US 2) gringos insist on it. even thou metric is so much easier. Lets face it: at least 95% of the world is metric.
sentaMember……and a lot are not even reported (like rapes, petty theft etc, or myself)
sentaMemberMaybe I am wrong but my comen sense tells me if you have a survey done on 5 ha. when you buy it and AFTER divide it in 10 parcels to sell them you would have to have new surveys done since sizes changed
sentaMemberMaravilla – you are a trip but you do make sense on what ever you write.
sentaMemberTo Stolisprit: Of course I was writing about men. I do not think women would wear black dress socks with shorts. They may wear sexy outfits but when it comes to fashionable looks I believe women over 21 have a lot more taste than men and I am a man myself. Maravilla is right! Sometimes it is a disgrace the way our fellow american dress or behave in other countries and I was travelling a lot in the past to have this opinion. So, lets not give ticos one more reason to resent us – the rest of the world already has enough reasons.
sentaMemberJust try not to wear as men do back in gringo land: wearing black dress socks up to the knee with shorts or those hilarious plaid pants or candy colored pants they wear in country clubs or on the golf cours back home. We don’t want ticos burst out laughing.
sentaMemberHey, we were driving to Manapalo in March and yes it was bad but also fun in a way with not having a bridge and driving thru shallow waters with rocks in it. We took pictures driving thru it but if 18 wheelers and big tour buses can do it so what. One at least have something to talk about it. But, serious I wish the CR government would finish this project so that one can drive at least 55 mph instead 15mph. One gringo “real estate agent” in Manapalo told me they are going to pave this year. But then again those guys tell you anything just to sell you an overpriced plot…..
