Absolutely! And I’m sceptical for all of the reasons that you mentioned, but I didn’t think it would hurt to ask if anyone had first-hand experience. You can never trust what you read on the Internet.

Thanks for the tip waggoner41 – what caught my eye about this particular development was the combination of assets in the investment portfolio (not just real estate but renewables also). Still, I appreciate the suggestion of CDs, those are attractive returns.
