    Yes, I bought property (phase 2) from them and also have viewed their properties. Monterra is their development company. They are a Canadian development company (only operating in the Tambor area of Costa Rica). Please let me know if you have any specific questions I can help you with.

    I also just bought property from this company. I haven’t made the trip to Costa Rica yet to finalize my lot, but would love to hear more from other owners about other phases that might be coming on board soon, whether they think the lots will increase substantially in price (ie, whether they would be worth investing in purely for their potential increase). Thanks.
