We are currently buiding 259 condo units in the 400-800K price range but we have completed homes up to $2.5M on a design build basis. Our criteria is based on the following:-
2000-4500 sq. ft
Must have view , pre-fare ocean
Must have all services
Detached
Close to normal facilities such as medical and stores
Zero lot line not not acceptable
Single family
Town homes if lot suits
At this time we are still reseaching market and price line, the first homes we build will be show homes and office for our company. We have enjoyed success by showing off our product and having the abilty to change base design to suit clients.
