I usually use ATMs in the country I am going to for cash. Often there is one located in or near the customs/baggage area. Or, you can get some at the money exchange in the arriving airport (they don’t usually have the best rates though)to get you started and then go to bank or ATM outside the airport.
Does anyone have any information about building with the Coventec or the Styrofoam insulated panels? We are considering the various methods available for a home here near Jaco and would appreciate any information members may have to share. Thanks
I know this is a little late (just saw it), but I used it in my house. The reason I used it was because my house sits against a hill, just meets the ground at the entry and is supported by steel beams and posts into the ground – so it sits high in the the air. Did not want to use concrete block due to the weight on the supports, so used the Covintec. It is strong, looks just like block finish and thickness. I have been in it 3 years and no problems. The architect’s design and structure ensures it is seismically stable. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.:D
