There is a ‘school’ on the so Pacific by Palamar Norte that is teaching sustainable farming and I believe fish is on the menu, ops, part of the offering.. You can check it out at http://wisecostarica.org/

Yes, it was posted and deleted but not by Scott as I emailed him about it. I am interested in finding out more about this place, not promoting it. It seems to be a very unique approach that I have not seen in other developments. Therefore I think it has merit on this site and ask for opinions or better yet, first hand information…

If using a chequing account do any of the banks offer 2.5% at this time?

Beverly – I’d like to know what bank your usng now that gives 2.5% INTEREST on a checking account – I’m there!
