I have not sent a deposit. I am flying down to Costa Rica at the end of June to meet with a real estate person. I appreciate all the responses from everyone representing both sides. Although I feel dealing with this particular company would have worked out okay and subsequently spoke to a few people that bought and a few people that received their money back, I believe that it would be irresponsible to put down money on something I have not seen. There are some of these companies that are very professional and easy to deal with and others that are not. Unfortunately the ones that are not give all a bad name. This would be the case in any industry. I might of got caught up in all I was reading about Costa Rica and gave myself a false sense of urgency. I will take my time, do my research and find the best deal for my objectives. Looking forward to my trip.
