Nearly 40 YEARS AGO on the 7th October 1973 it was Senator William Fulbright who said on on CBS’s ‘Face the Nation’ that:
“The Israelis control the policy in the Congress and the Senate.”

Then they say
Find Out what “reality” is in Costa Rica You’ll be SURPRISED
IMHO he is correct. In pulling these Jaco numbers out of the thin air he has proved to all of us he is the worst Realtor in Costa Rica and his “reality” in reality, is fantasy.

Have you seen the new lots they want to give you? Have you checked them? Have you checked the title on these new and improved lots?
So now you believe them when they say that after five long years they will have the roads done by April 2008?
Why would you believe them now?
Resell to who?
Who on earth would want to buy this land from you?
Or are you going to lie to people too and tell people they can build on it knowing that they can not?
I just visited that BBB site you mentioned and when you click on Paragon Properties of Costa Rica it describes them as “This company’s nature of business is Land Surveyors”

Paragon Properties are Land Surveyors. Isn’t that weird?
And how complicated a process can this be? Im sure they would not have waited for six months for you to send them a check but they gonna take six month to write you a check?
I spend a few months of the year in the US and the rest in CR and I’m hearing more angry people too but I see that as something good because up until now those people were keeping their mouths shut.
Maybe it’s just in the midwest but even though the people we know agree with us, they are fearful of saying things out loud. It’s kind of like we imagine the Soviet Union being years go with the KGB when they was scared in case someone reports what they said to someone in power and now with more surveillance approved in the US we’re getting more like Russia and the KGB time every day
Maybe it’s just too late?
