Messianic Judaism states that Jesus is part of the Trinity and salvation is only achieved only through acceptance of Jesus as one’s savior; Jewish laws and customs do not contribute to attaining salvation but are followed as a sign of devotion and cultural identification. Messianic Judaism’s belief in the role and divinity of Jesus is seen by Christian denominations and Jewish movements as being the defining distinction between Christianity and Judaism.
it’s people, maybe who have held dear to certain beliefs, grown up some looked saw and realized that their specific feelings and beliefs paralelled in other or certain different things.
people are looking closer and closer at the religios upheaval of the world.we are moving from places we’ve baan and from beliefs that are not inherrantly what they feel as right for them, practice another sect or religion and find that they are straddling indifferent courses, and have to find some peace.
which, isn’t that what we look for with our individual and many religions?peace?yes, some people fight,I’d venture that if some of them let their guard down and weren’t so damned hard meaded thing could improve.
I for one applaud someone finding A medium for themselves,it gives purpose rather than opposition.wspeed1195Member
Forgive my ignorance but what is a “messianic group” anyway?

It was in the Jaco/Hermossa area.
it’s painful, they told me that it was spread by the female mosquito.they gave me some meds, after taking blood and diagnosing it.
I thought I’d just eaten something bad,or got a waterborne bug.
about 5-6 days in I went to the farmacia.my “plaquttes” were way down.they told me to not be so stupid next time and wait that long.
I got better, then it apparently doubled back and I had to go again for another blood test.
they then told me that they were having thoughts it was some weird strain.

Oh and if you don’t (and I seriously doubt you will), after your law suit to recover damages has come to a conclusion 2+ years later, and by some miricale you do get a judgement, let us know when you collect that judgement, that is if you haven’t gone home yet…
It will cost more than the original retainer not to mention what the attorney will cheat you for, to take it to court.
Oh and one more thing, excuse me for doing you the favor of trying to open your eyes to the reality of living here.
And of course “Pura Vida” and good luck!
wow, that puts A positive note in things.

Huh?
(And, by the way, I am not a Realtor.)
I lived in Jaco/Hermossa for A bit.it did not take long to see that it was A dirty word.
by description and the physical definition of the actions I witnessed,or the phone conversation at Baglemans or the net cafe’s.the “realtor”,loud talkin and makin himself out to be somebody.then A friend had A big house for sale on the mountain.when someone wanted to see it with the “real agents” I again witnessed some delibrate lying and conning.
and this site over the years has testamented A gazillion problems presented by purchasers.
yeah, doing some leg work or due diligance is in order.sadly it’s hard to discern the lie from the truth.at some point with the effort you trust, only to be let down.
it’s a result of little to no regulating.
imagine were these “realtors to do this in their home country?they’d have a number on their back and a label tattooed to their forehead.
ANYBODY can sell a piece of dirt in Costa Rica. There are No laws regarding this. I can sell you my house if I wanted to. Get a lawyer, find a bi-lingual Tico/Tica. Proceed with caution. Do your homework. We had a great local person who found us a place to buy at a good price, but a dirty “lawyer”. Had to go back and re-do all paperwork. Recommendations from people with experience( someone who has gone through the process with great results are the only ones to really listen to. Opinions are like butt holes…..
thanks,I actually sent them A PM about A friend in the Hermossa area.I actually played this second post to bring someone out.I know the net nature.thank you for biting.
his name came up on this site aways back and he was regarded highly.Tico, never had any issues or anything.
as to what I posted,it’s what I saw.or heard, not imagined or got second hand.
while I lived there I often saw people in dire straights.sent them to my friend and he cleared up many many bad things for people.
but thanks for sharing the odor,of “your” money maker.wspeed1195Member

you said the dirty word,realtor.
