Whether you are considering purchasing real estate in Costa Rica as a second home or making a permanent move one thing is clear, you will have countless questions and will need help one way or another.

Some people are very resourceful and thanks to the internet, finding answers and resources is much easier in today’s world, but lets face it, we all could use a bit of hand-holding when it comes to doing any sort business in a foreign country, especially when purchasing real estate.

Yes! There are quite a few Realtors in Costa Rica who can help ensure that you have a safe and secure real estate transaction, but the cream of the crop are the Realtors who go the extra mile after the purchase.

In the excitement of owning their own property in Costa Rica, most buyers simply fail to think about what is needed after they close:
