After a 27-year career spanning six countries, Sarah Starkey has decided to leave the corporate grind for an Eco-friendly spot, and what place better than Costa Rica?

Sarah and her friend Steve Low, embark on a search for the perfect property with Realtor Rebecca Clower while keeping within their $300,000 budget.

The search takes them through many properties spanning the beach areas of Tamarindo (Villareal), Playa Grande, Playa Conchal and Playa Real (Bahia de los Piratas).

On Sarah’s wish list is an eco-friendly design/concept, room for her puppy to run around, and last, but not least, an ocean view.

At the end of it all, Sarah has to decide if she can get everything she wants or if she will have to settle for most of what she wants.
