Watercolour painting is relaxing and rewarding and although a little tricky to start with, you can soon learn simple techniques that will give you an effective outcome.

It is also relative cheap to get started compared with other hobbies. All you need are the watercolour paints, a good brush and some watercolour paper and you can get started for around $35. You already have the beautiful subject matter to work from!
