  • The two bedroom villas are $760,000 – $795,000 and the

Upon execution of a Reservation Agreement, the prospective buyer would need to pay to the developer a fully refundable deposit. The deposit structure is based on the type of residence. The structure is as follows:

Canto Ballena Luxury Condominium Required Refundable Deposits:

  • 1 Bedroom Condo $5,000
  • 2 Bedroom Condo $10,000
  • 3 Bedroom Penthouse Condo $20,000

Luxury Villa Required Refundable Deposits:

  • 2 Bedroom Villa $15,000
  • 3 Bedroom Villa $20,000

Prospective buyers that execute a Reservation Agreement and pay the required deposit will have the right to choose the condo unit/villa lot based on the order in which they are added to the Reservation List.

When the final pricing is complete for the condos and villas, prospective buyers will be contacted in order of date added to the list. Upon choosing a condo unit/villa lot, the deposit would then be applied to the down payment on the residence. Should a prospective buyer no longer choose to purchase, their deposit will be refunded and Reservation Agreement terminated.

Payment Schedule:

  1. 10% of contracted sales price at contract

  3. 40% of contracted sales price at roofing
