before you begin to recognize the finished product from those plans you were
once examining.

It has been my experience that the majority of men – myself included – are pretty much useless at imagining the end product, however women tend to have better imaginations and can not only visualize the finished real estate project, they also know exactly where each item of furniture will be placed within the condo when they move in…

So it is especially satisfying when a project is approaching completion, when our VIP Members start to move in to their brand spanking new condo apartments and then take the time to send us a little note explaining how happy they are that they made a particular Costa Rica real estate investment.

Here is the lovely email letter we received from George and Esther Purcell on Wed, Feb 20, 2008 at 9:41 AM:

“Esther and I want to thank you for all your help in making our dream come true! From the first time you showed us Avalon Country Club we have been thrilled with starting our new life in Costa Rica.

We have been here for 6 weeks. We are happy with the construction of our condo and especially pleased with the people who work here. We have met no one who was reluctant or unable to help us.

 

In six weeks we have secured electricity in our name, bought furniture or had items built, purchased ordinary household items. We closed on our condo with Avalon’s lawyer and believe it or not we actually understood the process because the lawyer explained in detail our ownership details.

Our condo is beautiful and we enjoy a spectacular night time view every evening as we dine. In the morning we have breakfast and coffee as we enjoy the view of Poas, Barva, and Irazu. We can honestly say that we had no negative experiences.

We have to go back to the USA for the birth of two new grand babies but we will miss our home in Costa Rica.

Esther and I stand willing to offer our support to you in bringing new residents to Avalon.

As a final note, we are committed to avoiding negative people… We love the people here and will not abide any criticism of Ticos.
