Together we saw only two homes on her list, both were high quality. As I watched her body language in awe of the properties I kept hearing an expression that I had not heard in years. She would say, “Wow, if I did this to ‘amp-up’ the lawn….” Or, “By changing the wall, we can ‘amp-up’ the layout for more income…”
