I’ve never felt more comfortable and more confident in this country and in this market than I do right now today. People always ask me, “What are you selling?” I tell people, “I’m not selling anything.
None of my properties are for sale. I am constantly looking to purchase and buy more real estate.” Why? Because you know what? I was very fortunate when I was younger to travel around to some very nice places in the world.
I lived in Southern California in Laguna Beach. I’ve been to Hawaii. I’ve been to Cabo. I’ve been to Europe. I’ve been to some places with some very expensive real estate.
When I look at what you can buy here in Guanacaste today, it’s a fraction in my opinion of what it’s going to be worth in the next 5, 10, 15 years.
