“I was born and raised in Redwood City California and graduate from the University of Ca. Santa Cruz. I grew up surfing and enjoying the outdoors and started down a career in environmental law before coming to Costa Rica where I decided to stay and begin my career in sustainable developments and real estate.”

After arriving in Costa Rica in 1996, he began his real estate career by co-founding and real estate brokerage firm which in 2004 which evolved into the Coldwell Banker Master Franchise holder for the entire country of Costa Rica.

As a member of the Costa Rican Global Associations of Realtors, and U.S. based National Association of Realtors, the Master Franchise has already grown to seven (7) offices staffed with 25 professional real estate sales agents.

“To service our clients needs to the fullest. Consistent branding and name recognition will be a key factor as we expand into additional markets. This will allow us to refer our clients to our other offices, thus capturing a consistent stream of on-going business. Our focus is to deliver the highest agency ethical standards and a “state-side” training program, which will result in obtaining qualified personnel.
